Acceptance. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What the content is. The pages here describe the project Vishnu Vertex, registered under MahaRERA PR1330002502278. The content is for information only. It is not an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract, and no part of it forms part of any agreement.

Accuracy. Figures are published as they stand in the developer and MahaRERA sources at the date shown on the page. Prices, areas, plans, amenities, phasing and dates are subject to change and must be confirmed with the developer before you rely on them.

Images. Images are artist's impressions and are indicative. They are not a specification.

Floor plans. Dimensioned floor plans are shared by the sales team on request, for the specific floor and facing under discussion. A plan shared with you is indicative until it appears in the Agreement for Sale.

Any booking. A booking is governed only by the allotment documents and the MahaRERA-registered Agreement for Sale executed with the promoter, Vishnu Bihar Builders and Developers LLP. Those documents prevail over anything on this website.

Intellectual property. Project names, trademarks, logos and plan drawings belong to their respective owners and are used here to identify the project. Do not reproduce them from this site.

Links. Links to the MahaRERA portal and to other sites are given for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Thane, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
