What we collect. The enquiry forms on this site ask for your name and mobile number, and optionally your email, the configuration you are interested in and a short message. Nothing else is required.
Why. We use those details to call or message you back with the cost sheet, the floor plan for the unit you are asking about, the MahaRERA record, and to fix a site visit. We do not use them for anything else.
Who sees it. Your enquiry is shared with the promoter, Vishnu Bihar Builders and Developers LLP, and with the sales team handling this project, so that your visit and your booking can be processed. It is not sold and it is not shared with anyone else.
Calls and messages. By sending an enquiry you agree to be contacted about Vishnu Vertex by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email. Tell us to stop and we will stop.
How long. We keep enquiry details only for as long as they are needed for that enquiry and for any booking that follows it.
Analytics. This site uses standard web analytics to count visits and understand which pages are read. That data is aggregate and is not used to identify you. Your location is not collected and nothing about your visit is sent to any third-party service other than that analytics count.
